Nicaragua is one of the first locations that Surf For Life landed in in 2009. Since then, SFL has partnered with organization in both the Northern and Southern coastal regions- building a local high school, a local primary school and a medical clinic. Additionally, SFL has participated in renovations of community centers, playgrounds and school buildings, including the  construction of several new classrooms.
