Surf For Life has been working with several partners on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica since 2013. The Osa offers breathtaking, untouched scenery, secluded beaches, and abundant wildlife encompassing lush primary rainforest and a complex system of freshwater and marine resources. 

We have focused primarily on projects in remote underserved areas where tourism is mostly non existent. Our projects have included renovating existing community centers, building additional classrooms and constructing housing for Costa Rican teachers who have to travel to these remote communities. In addition, we also participated in the many turtle conservation projects that these communities support.
